*Planning packages may vary in price depending on guest count and time needed to complete all tasks.  After your complimentary consultation meeting, I personalize several proposal options based on the needs you have expressed.  The below are examples of package options.
 

Complimentary Consultation:

First we will schedule a time to sit down and visit face to face.   You will tell me all about your event and we will distinguish which projects you want to be in charge of yourself, what you would like to outsource, and what your expectations are for other aspects of your event.  After our meeting I will generate a proposal for you based on your needs as you have described them.  The proposal will be sent to you for review and consideration - there is no obligation.  Next, you choose to contact me if you wish to move forward with BWED's services. BWED will ensure that we have an open line of communication from start to completion.

Package 1: The Plan

Planning an event can seem overwhelming, so sometimes all you need is a place to start where you feel less overwhelmed and more in control. With "The Plan" package BWED will provide a typed event analysis report containing venue comparisons, contacts, pricing quotes from vendors etc.  BWED will do all of the research and compile options that suit your needs and budget.  BWED provides you a start up plan outlining everything you need to make your final decisions before committing to vendors.  You will be provided with a report and appropriate excel worksheets with all of the information you could possibly need to successfully prepare for your event.

Package 2:  Event Design

In addition to formulating all actions of "The Plan", BWED will continue to work with you by coordinating the design for your wedding day or event, from start to finish, based on your vision!  We will first come up with a staging plan move forward from there. BWED will coordinate all vendors as they relate to the design - from the bridal suite decor, tables, chairs, props, etc. We will coordinate and provide set up and break down of all design aspects for your event as set forth in our agreement.

Package 3:  Floral Design

BWED will transform your floral desires into reality by scouting vendors and gathering estimates for various floral arrangements.  We will present several design ideas to you based on your described vision. You choose and approve the pricing from the vendor and BWED takes it from there.  We will ensure that the brides bouquet, bridesmaid flowers, corsages, boutonnieres, tabletop florals, accent flower decor, aisle petals, alter flower decor etc. meet your needs.  We will make sure everything is in the right place at the right time on your special day!  Design and floral go hand-in-hand for a wedding, this is a big task, but one BWED is most passionate about!

Package 4:  Full Service Package

BWED will take the stress out of planning your event.  We will be there by your side from the very beginning and will be readily available to answer your questions and provide solutions.  BWED will help you through every detail and help coordinate all of your save the dates, invites, rsvp responses, vendors, caterers, seating charts, contacts, entertainment, order of events, wedding rehearsal, rehearsal festivities, layouts, color schemes, design, florals - all of the event's actions.  To keep you at ease, we will meet periodically to discuss the event's progress and you will be provided with written status updates along the way so that you have a visual of what is being accomplished and what tasks are outstanding.  This package also receives 20% off of their rental order total if you should decide to rent items from our inventory.

Alternative / Additional Services

Invite & RSVP Management:

You present us with your complete contact list, up-to-date addresses etc. We order the invites (approved by you), prepare mailings, receive rsvps, organize all responses into an electronic worksheet to hand over to you - this worksheet will include the total amount of attendees per invite, meal choice, special needs (if any), guests' addresses etc.  This will also serve as a great for a contact list for your post-wedding thank you cards and future mailings!

Simply Styling:

This means that you plan your vendors, caterers etc. yourself then BWED takes over with all visual organization and planning as it pertains to the bridal party's styling. Perhaps you need a hand  finding a timeless look that suits your style.  I act as your "personal stylist" and provide assistance regarding outfit planning/ordering for events such as your engagement party, bridal shower, bachelorette party, wedding rehearsal, fittings, alterations, morning of attire, up to the final moment when you slip into your gown.  I will coordinate all vendors that are involved in styling (manicures, pedicures, make-up artists, hair stylists etc.).  I would be there each step of the way to provide honest guidance and coordinate all elements necessary to help you look and feel your best!

Final Details:

If your special event is just around the corner and you are starting to feel overwhelmed, your "to-do" list is not  even close to finished, or you just simply need to take some things off your plate so that you can relax and enjoy your event and the moments that really matter, you can contact BWED!  This package can be scheduled in advance or up to one week before your event date.  The scope of BWED's involvement will be detailed within our agreement and outlined in a client specific checklist for BWED to complete.

Month- Of (includes Day-Of Coordination):  If details and planning are your thing but you don't want the stress of the month's work and finalizing all of the details, then this package is for you.  Many people ask about just "Day-Of", but how can that be successfully executed without being involved prior?  BWED will get involved one month prior to make sure you have thought of everything by reviewing all of your plans and taking it from there.  There are certain requirements and responsibilities you must complete before the one month mark.  BWED jumps in so you can relax and simply look forward to your big day!  We make sure everything flows as planned.  This requires you to create a detailed outline with visuals to hand over to the coordinator so that they can study and know exactly what needs to be done - this must be clear and concise if the coordinator is not involved during the planning process so your vision can be executed seamlessly.  This package also includes day-of wedding assistance and coordination.

We can certainly discuss alternatives to the packages.  This would occur after our consultation and once you have had time to come up with a list that provides clear expectations and specific tasks of which you desire BWED's assistance. You and I will sit down and fully discuss your needs, set-forth a list of BWED's "to-do" items and a list of what you and your family want to take care of on your own.  Sometimes doing certain projects on your own or with family is part of the fun, but depending on the circumstances, it can also be stressful and overwhelming.  BWED is here to take the pressure off so that the bride, groom, and family can enjoy this time together. We will have a signed service agreement specifying all tasks for which BWED is responsible. Price varies based task list and length of involvement.  We generate a proposal (which includes pricing) and submit it to you for consideration.
